The Buffalo area is blessed to have tons of restaurants and other convenient places to grab food on the go. We realize that Buffalo is mostly known as a “wings and pizza” town, but we’ve got plenty of places to pick up something healthy, too.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which opened at 4900 Transit Road in Williamsville in 2021, is one of those popular places to grab a quick and healthy snack or meal. The chain, which also has locations in Rochester, is obviously known for their smoothies, like Island Green, Chia Banana, and Acai Berry Boost.

Their menu also boasts lunch items like salads, flatbreads, and wraps that you can order online for pickup or eat inside.

Three New Tropical Smoothie Cafe Locations Opening In Buffalo Area

Picone Construction Company, based in Clarence, New York, just announced that they will be building three additional Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations around Buffalo, New York.

The three new spots will be inside Delaware Plaza in Tonawanda and McKinley Plaza in Hamburg, as well as a new location in Batavia.

The company says the inside of the stores will look similar to the franchise locations they already built in Williamsville and Rochester, and will range from 1,200 to 1,400 square feet in size.

There’s no word on when the locations will be completed, but it’d be nice to have some extra spots to grab a smoothie around Buffalo when the summer weather starts to heat up!
