We're getting close to that warmer weather lasting for good (or at least the next little while, before the colder weather comes back around), which means that the Buffalo Bisons will soon be playing games at Sahlen Field.

That's always a fun time every year and if you're someone who goes to Bisons games, then you have know about Union Pub.

The bar and restaurant is located on Swan Street, directly across from Sahlen Field and has been a popular stop for those attending night Bisons games or a downtown event. It's located near the entrance for the I-190.

However, Union Pub will soon be making a move. Don't worry, it's not far away and will be more space for the popular bar.

Buffalo Business First is reporting that Union Pub will be moving from 38 Swan St. to the Ellicott Square Building at 283 Main Street, which is just down the road from their Swan St. location.

Union Pub says the move is necessary for a more expansive layout of what they want to do, but also staying close for their current customers.

The plan is to have more seating and even a room extension for private parties, but they also want to add things (specials) to the current menu and for those going to Bisons or Sabres games.

The move is expected to be completed by mid-to-late summer, but they will operate at their current Swan St. location for the time being.

Always great to see local businesses get to expand and move into better locations.
