Today and tomorrow we pay tribute to American veterans.  The president will lay a wreath at the Tomb Of The Unknown Soldier.  Thousands of people will show their support for our service men and women by lining the streets of New York City for the nation's Veterans Day Parade. Veterans Day was originally known as Decoration Day and gives Americans on opportunity to remember the sacrifices made by those who have served in the United States military.

On a lighter note, many restaurants are offering our vets free meals.  Chili's, Applebee's and Hooter's will offer free eats today (November 11) to vets with a military ID or other proof of service.  Golden Corral and Lone Star Steakhouse serve vets for free on Monday (November 12).

Thank you for your service and God bless America!
