Every single person left the auditorium – every fan, every employee, every worker of the Center for the Arts. Dan + Shay, Chase Bryant and I turned back on the lights, raised the curtain and stood in the center of the stage.

If you've been to any of our acoustic shows, you know how amazing the sound is even in the very last row, high up in the orchestra. Before performing their new hit, From the Ground Up, Shay asked the crowd to be dead silent – that's exactly what he was trying to prove – the crazy-good acoustics at UB's Center for the Arts.

After singing song after song, the camera got rolling to catch, Switchfoot's Dare You To Move and Tom Petty's Free Fallin.

Hats off to Dan + Shay and Chase Bryant. Their talent is undeniable and we can't wait to see what happens to them in the future. In the meantime, Anna and I tried backing them up, and it ended up pretty sweet.
