It was a bust night for firefighters in the City of Buffalo. The heat and the breeze overnight certainly don't help them and it makes thing pretty intense at a blaze like this.

The video shows the flames, smoke and sparks pouring high in to the sky as water is brought in to the house.

The high temperature in Buffalo on Thursday was a hot 90 degrees. The story has been the same for most of the summer of 2020 as we patiently wait for the cooler air to return by next week.

When things get hot it is always a good reminder to use fans that are safe and be sure the air conditioners and cooling devices are used properly to avoid any electrical fire.
