Weather To See Big “Warm-Up” Across New York State in November

The weather for Halloween week is pretty nice. Next Wednesday, we are going to hit over 70 degrees in Western New York. At night, for Halloween it will get down to the 40's, so you will definitely need a coat especially when the sun goes down.
