Well Timed, Well Planned Wedding Proposal [Video]

I asked on the air if there was a WRONG way to propose.  I mean, in the end isn't what really matters that you get to spend the rest of your life with the one you love?  That's the important part right?  Or is the proposal a window into how your marriage is going to be?  Because if it is, then this girl has a very thoughtful fiance.  What I do know is that this guy did everything right.
