Brand New Restaurant and Brewery Opening In West Seneca

Typically, you see more restaurants and bars opening or even reopening for the season in spring and summer. It's not as frequent in the colder months.

While December and January openings aren't that common, they're always a welcomed sight and there's one opening next week in West Seneca that residents of West Seneca have been waiting for.

If you have driven down Orchard Park Road recently, between the Wegmans and Tops plazas and Ridge Road, then you may have spotted a brand new restaurant and brewery pop up.

It's called The Ridge and will officially open on December 13th.

The Ridge has been in the works since the summer of 2020, according to Buffalo Business First.

The restaurant was the former home of an auto dealer and the building's exterior has glass windows that can be opened for the spring and summer. They are also a brewery, with their very own tap wall.

Here's a sneak peak of the menu.

I drove by on Wednesday night with a friend and the building looked very cool. We live in South Buffalo and are only a few minutes away from this new place. It's just a short trip down Orchard Park Road and Abbott for us.

It's a great location. That part of Orchard Park Road between both grocery store plazas and Ridge Road gets extremely busy and other than a business park across the way, there's not much there.

Looking forward to more new business for the food service industry in West Seneca.
