What Are The Symptoms Of Coronavirus?

So many people are talking about the Coronavirus right now, but what is it?  And how do you know if you have it?

No...you cannot catch the Coronavirus from Corona beer.  Believe me, people have been asking.

However, Coronavirus is something that started in a place called Wuhan in China and has spread across the world since.

The problem with the virus is that it looks a lot like the flu.  You get a dry cough, a fever, and then will have some breathing or respiratory problems.  The flu could present very similar symptoms.

However, it is an issue when pneumonia develops.  Most of the people who have died from the Coronavirus have also had pneumonia from the virus.

Also, it's a new virus.  So there's no protocol at this point on how to deal with it.

The good news is that the panic is a little overboard.  The people that are most affected by the virus are older people.  The youngest diagnosed are in their teens, so it's not attacking very young children. Those that have died from the virus have also had underlying conditions.

However, it doesn't hurt to take precautions.  Wash your hands and if you have symptoms that look like the flu or coronavirus, get to the doctor as soon as possible.
