Did you see the story about the guy that won $1million on a scratch off lottery ticket? His girlfriend bought him a ticket when she was out getting some milk.How many times have you played these things and only one a dollar or two? Maybe even 5 - 25? He said he has no plans for the money and is just happy to know he has it if he does need it.
