Who is Allowed Back To Work in Phase 2? Salons, Barbers, Accountants Among Others

Who will be allowed to go back to work once we begin opening back up? We know who will be going back during phase 1: the construction workers, but who else will be allowed to go back in phase 2?

Phase 2 will start if the cases of COVID-19 and other criteria are lower and going in the right direction.
