Will Ferrell Clocks in at the “Office”

Will Ferrell is heading to  The Office.   He signed on to do 4 episodes, three of them he will star alongside his “Anchorman” co-star Steve Carell who is leaving the show.  Wills’ character is a temp who is just as incompetent as Steve’s character Michael.  Who thought of this?  Actually, it was Will Ferrell’s idea to do the guest spots.  I used to be a huge fan of the office but over the last few years I’ve found it hard to watch.  It just seemed to get way to annoying, but I will watch the episodes with Will Ferrell because I think everything he does is hilarious.  I also heard that there is a possiblity Will may stay on longer than the 4 episodes that he signed on for.  That would obviously be a big "get" for NBC.
