There have been multiple confirmed measles cases in at least one WNY county.

According to a report from Metro Source News:

The state Health Department says five measles cases have been confirmed in Wyoming County.  All of the illnesses were found within a Mennonite community.

Measles symptoms include fever, dry cough, runny nose and a sore throat.  If you have any of those issues, it's suggested you contact a doctor.
