WYRK/Townsquare Media Receive Award

Tonight, I will be  accepting and award on behalf of Townsquare Media and WYRK for our efforts in promoting the Light The Night walk in September.   I have to say that it is because of the great listeners that we have and your dedication not only to the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society, but, to all the great charities that we get behind.  I can't tell you how many times people say that when WYRK gets behind something-it's becomes huge! Well, truth is, we are only the voice for you.  We get the word out and you the listener respond in big time numbers.  This years walk was a big success and we couldn't have done it without your support.  I want to say that I actually accept this award as a representative of WYRK on behalf of the thousands of loyal and giving listeners to Townsquare Media Buffalo stations!!!  THANK YOU!
