This company has their employees working 9 to 5 (and for the sake of not throwing them completely under-the-bus we won't name which it is).

They're not paid extra after 5 PM.

If their boss is there, sometimes he has them stay til 5:15 or 5:30.

One girl got fired a couple of weeks before Christmas and the others think it's because she didn't stay until their projects were done. Again, they don't get paid after 5.

Maybe they should have better time management and get their jobs done before they leave? On the other hand maybe she has to get her kids or has other family obligations. What do you say? You be the judge.

Every week, Clay & Company's 'You Be The Judge' dissects a controversial situation that happened around Western New York at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday mornings.
