It seems as though the NFL will ease up on its black out policy.  A story in the Wall Street Journal reported that NFL owners have passed a new resolution which would give..... them more flexibility in terms of "airing" games when the stadium has not sold out.  The old blackout rule prevented Bills fans from seeing a game on TV if the stadium was not sold out 72 hours before the opening kickoff.  The new rule...., which would start this season, would allow games to be broadcast when as little as 85% of the stadium seats are sold.  Last year, Bills fans who watch the games on TV, missed 3 games!
