A line break in Niagara Falls prompted officials to order citizens to boil their water in parts of the City while the line was fixed and water was tested.

The break occurred late on Monday night at some people found low pressure in their lines.  The water board explained in a press release that, "“When water mains lose pressure, it increases the risk of untreated water and possible harmful microbes entering your water supply,”

The repair was expected to last for around 48 hours and the order was lifted today (11/17) around 1pm.
