Rusty Wallace In Buffalo TODAY – Niagara Square Closing Temporarily

Rusty Wallace is in town today and will be stopping at city hall. He'll drive his car in and grab a photo op with the mayor. During that time Niagara Square will be closed. There will also be lane restrictions on Delaware Ave starting at 11:45am.
