I am always impressed by some of the light displays around Western New York on personal homes, not to mention how much I appreciate the holiday spirit here in Buffalo. Bill in Kenmore has been doing his massive 'Power Light' display for a few years now and this one if one of my favorites
A friend of mine had told me about an incredible light display that I had to see that was close to our house. I totally underestimated how awesome it really was. Check it out for yourself. It's synched to a radio station that you can listen to in your car.
The holidays are over and the snow has already begun to melt (although I know there will be more to come). Yet I still have not taken down my Christmas decorations. I know it seems late but this year it's because we are waiting for some family members to see them still. But how late is too late?
Some houses go over the top for Christmas which, I think is great. Some of the light displays are awesome and some are rather strange. Some people have more lawn ornaments than Dave's Christmas Store & some people like to have Santa have a bathroom break on their roof. Wa
I've never had the daunting task of having to put Christmas lights on a house, but I imagine it isn't easy. I see lots of great displays as I drive around Western New York, and some not so great ones. ( You people know who you are....Too lazy to make sure your lines are straight, wrapped around a tree improperly..etc etc.) Anyways....This guy did a fantastic job and he used 54,000 lights. Check it....
It's that time of year to decorate your home and get into the Christmas spirit. Country stars are no different. They enjoy doing the same things we do, although maybe on a grander scale because they can afford to
When is too soon for Christmas Lights? As a standard I say wait until Thanksgiving weekend to put up the lights but I myself couldn’t resist the mild weather this weekend so I went ahead and put up my lights. Granted I will not turn them on until Thanksgiving, but they’re ready to go. In my neighborhood I did see houses fully decorated. Why not, 1 out of 3 commercials you see are Christmas commercials and local radio stations have started round the clock Christmas music (too soon for me, just sayin').
