If you need proof that everyone loves Doritos, look no further than this: a deputy in the Florida Keys recently rescued an endangered species of deer that had a bag of the snack food stuck on its head. Unfortunately, we'll have to speculate whether the deer prefers classic flavor or Cool Ranch.

A couple years ago, I went away on vacation, and when I came back, my pear tree, which was completely full of pears before I left, was completely empty. There wasn't a single pear to be found in the tree or on the ground. Every single one had disappeared! Today, I found out who took them.

Guess you never know where a deer is going to show up. As a matter of fact, I saw a bunch of deer on my way to work today...including one that was running down the 190 North that made a huge leap over a bridge!

The woman caller wants the radio station to see if they can get the deer crossing signs moved so that the deer will cross in areas with less traffic and cause less car/deer accidents...

As soon as I got off the air on Saturday morning, I went home and loaded my truck up and headed for Allegany county. Bowhunting is an annual Fall ritual for me. And it's not about harvesting a deer. For me, it's more about being in a peaceful place where I can relax and unwind...
