The Buffalo Bills are continuing their aggressive approach to improving the team and this time veteran quarterback Vince Young is the target.  What does this say about current back QB Tyler Thigpen?

Chan Gailey has stated that Ryan Fitzpatrick has nothing to fear, Young would be competing for the backup QB position. Buffalo's current backup Tyler Thigpen on the other hand has been less than steller in his few snaps last season. Bringing in a quality backup like Vince Young could drastically improve the Bills chances should Fitzpatrick be unable to play.

Young has his critics though, he is said to be a "head case" when it comes to football and lacks the passion to play. Or could it be he has not found the team and coach to help motivate him. Young is a very athletic quarterback and given the choice between him and Thigpen, I would take Young every time.
