Winter Parking Rules Back in Effect Due to Winter Storm Warning
With the impending winter storm warning for all of Western New York early Monday evening through Wednesday night, the Town of Cheektowaga has reinstated winter parking rules and the Kenmore Police Department is asking that vehicles not be parked on streets. Depew Police have reminded residents that cars will be ticketed if you do not obey parking rules.
It is safe to assume that all winter rules will be in effect for the duration of this winter storBest to avoid any issues by following winter parking rules in your neighborhood as well for at least the next few days.
The city of Buffalo has also issued a Code Blue from 8 p.m. Sunday to 8.a.m. Monday morning 3/12-3/13/17.
Yes spring is a week away but it looks like mother nature isn’t giving up on winter just yet. I have shoveled my walks twice this weekend which is double the the times I’ve shoveled all winter. My plow service got it easy again this year not having to plow more than 4 times the entire season and the contract expired so it looks as though I may be shoveling again on Tuesday – yippie!
Due to the upcoming weather predictions, West Seneca will be reinstating street parking ban from 3/13 – 3/16. Thank you for your cooperation
