$11,000 Reward Offered for Lackawanna Arsonist Information

According to WGRZ News, 7 people were injured in a Lackawanna Fire (including 2 children) suspected to have been started by an arsonist.  Officials are seeking any information anyone may have and are offering an $11.000 Reward.
