$1,400 Check Deadline Coming Up for New York State Residents

There is a $1,400 check coming your way if you still have not received yours and YOU HAVE to claim it soon otherwise you are out of luck.

The deadline is May 17, 2024.

The IRS sent out a release last week that there are about 9 million people who still have to get their last stimulus check from the government. If you didn't get your last stimulus check, you better check because you only have so long to claim it. The deadline is 3 years from May 17, 2021, which is coming up.

"Most taxpayers eligible for Economic Impact Payments linked to the coronavirus tax relief have already received or claimed their payments via the Recovery Rebate Credit. But for those who haven’t yet filed a tax return for 2020", according to the IRS website.
