6 Foot Snowstorm Coming to Parts of New York State
Parts of New York State are expected to get 6 feet of snow. A travel advisory has been issued for parts of New York State ahead of the storm.
In New York State, they are expecting 6 feet of snow in some areas. The Erie County Executive was mentioning snow expectations for different towns and said that Watertown could get up to 6 feet of snow. Watertown is in Jefferson County, New York.
In Mayville, New York, they got over a foot of snow by early afternoon Friday alone.
The current storm is expected to last through Monday morning.
In Western New York, they expect that the weather will have an impact on the Buffalo Bills game when they host the 49ers. The Buffalo Bills have asked fans to sign up ahead of time in case there is a lot of snow to do some shoveling at the stadium. If you are interested there is a form they are asking you to sign and they will contact you within 24 hours. If you want to shovel, they encourage you to bring your own shovel, but will supply them if needed.
Helpers will be paid 20 bucks an hour and will get food and NA drinks.
