Buffalo has no shortage of spots in the area to get your caffeine fix. We’ve got plenty of local spots like Spot Coffee, Public Espresso, and Overwinter Coffee, among countless others, to get our buzz on. Not to mention there’s basically a Dunkin’ or a Starbucks nearby no matter where you are in Western New York.

Even though the Buffalo area may not necessarily need another coffee shop, we’re still curious about this popular nationwide chain that may open here in the near future.

National Coffee Chain Looking To Open In Buffalo

Buffalo Business First reports that the popular national chain 7 Brew, with over 250 locations nationwide, is looking at the Buffalo area as a potential area to open a new store; one of 60+ locations they hope to expand to upstate.

The menu at 7 Brew consists of their seven (get it) original blends: Blondie, Brunette, Smooth 7, White Chocolate Mocha, Cinnamon Roll, German Chocolate, and Sweet & Salty, along with a variety of energy drinks, shakes, smoothies, and teas.

Here's Why 7 Brew Is Different Than Other Coffee Shops In Buffalo

What makes 7 Brew stand out from typical coffee shops and chains is their lack of an interior restaurant space. Rather, each tiny location consists of two small drive-thrus, one on each side of the building, with the goal according to their website to “serve premium coffee in record time.”

7 Brew’s buildings consist of modular pieces that are manufactured elsewhere and assembled on-site, meaning they can put up a new location incredibly quickly - often in a matter of weeks. So don’t be surprised if we see a new 7 Brew location (or more) here in Western New York sooner rather than later.
