The hype was high in 2019 and 2020--some of Hollywood's biggest names were all spotted around Buffalo as they worked on huge studio films. John Krasinski shot big segments of "A Quiet Place 2" in the area, and you could find scenes from the Guilllermo del Toro film "Nightmare Alley" starring Bradley Cooper set up right in Niagara Square.
