A Benefit For Lori Canastraro This Sunday At Riverworks

There is a large benefit with great music food and fun this Sunday at Buffalo Riverworks!

The friends and family of Lori Canastraro invite you to join them starting at 1 o’clock. Lori has been diagnosed with brain cancer and you are invited to help us raise funds for her medical expenses.

Lori grew up in Orchard Park and is currently in Florida. As a nurse for many years Lori has helped so many people overcome obstacles and now it is our chance to help her. Lori has a very aggressive form of brain cancer and underwent an intensive surgery to remove the brain tumor on St. Patrick’s Day.

Our goal this weekend is to raise funds to help her family with the medical bills which are not covered by insurance. This will be an exciting afternoon with great basket raffles and live music at Buffalo River works.

This benefit also falls on the same weekend as the popular Ride for Roswell event. This years Ride for Roswell was anticipated to be the largest yet and offers new locations and courses. The Ride for Roswell is a cycling event that has raised and incredible of money for Roswell Park Cancer Institute to help fight cancer and research treatments for those fighting cancer here in Buffalo and around the world!
