‘A Quiet Place 2′ Set To Shoot In Upstate New York

The 2017 suspense thriller ''A Quiet Place,'' was filmed near New Paltz and Utica NY, and the sequel is set to return to Upstate NY.

Syracuse.com says, "Specific locations have not been announced, but production is expected to begin in July. It’s unclear if there will be any opportunities for open casting calls; the original movie had a small cast led by [John] Krasinski and [Emily] Blunt."
