Air Quality Level in Western New York Goes to Next Scary Level

New York state is now seeing the next threshold level on the air quality control website. In the Western New York area we are now to the "Unhealthy" level of air quality are people are not being advised to go inside. Across the border in Ontario they are dealing with dangerous air quality levels right now two steps ahead of where we are in Western New York. Take a look at the chart below.

You can walk outside right now and smell and even taste the smoke that is in the air. The smoke is from the Canadian wildfires that is coming over across the water in New York State. How long is it going to go on in New York state with the unhealthy weather from the wildfires in Canada?

Experts are saying possibly until the end of the week that there will be a health advisory in terms of breathing and hopefully it does not get any worse.
