Amazing Water Spout on Lake Ontario Caught On Camera
Look how cool this is. There are so many cool shots being taken in Western New York lately. Remember that lighting bolt that was horizontal above the Blue Jays game during the storm at Sahlen Field this past weekend?
Check out this amazing water spout video that was taken on Lake Ontario! John Kuchko took this video on Lake Ontario, a bit further up in New York State closer to Oswego.
John Kucko caught this video the other day. You might remember the name. He is a former Rochester TV sports anchor who followed every Bills game for 16 years. He's well known in Western New York and now he anchors the 4 PM news on channel 8 in Rochester and floods social media with stunning photographs and video. (Some of his train shots have made their way into Terry Pegula's home.) The latest project has been shooting the finger lakes for a calendar.
Kucko is an amazing supporter of Western New York and the massive initiative called the Autism Nature Trail. John is publishing a 2021 photo calendar and giving the proceeds to 'The ANT'. To date, he's sold over 1700 pre-order calendars and made almost $10,000 for The Autism Nature Trail! The trail will be one-of-a-kind. The first autism trail in the United States (and the only other one that is even remotely like it is in Japan) will be right here in Western New York at Letchworth State Park hopefully breaking ground by the end of this year!
