Wegifting is when you buy a gift for someone that you intend to use as well -- like getting your kids a new 4K TV set...that you'll definitely binge-watch Netflix on, too.

According to the NY Post, 22% of people plan on giving at least one "wegift" this year. And in the survey, most people intend to wegift to their spouse.

55% of people in the survey said they've been the recipient of a "wegift" in the past.
