New Bauer Country Store and Otto’s Pizza Opening Soon in Orchard Park, NY

There’s some exciting news for residents of Orchard Park, West Falls, and Boston, New York, a brand new local store is getting ready to open its doors!

We’ve all had those days when we’re running late, heading home from work, or looking for snacks before a game and don’t have time to drive across town. Having a nearby country store with a deli, snacks, and everyday essentials makes life a lot easier. When you add in a friendly atmosphere and a welcoming vibe, it’s a home run for the community.

Earlier this week, I was passing through the East Aurora–Orchard Park–West Falls area and noticed some exciting activity on Ellicott Road. A familiar building that’s been a local staple for decades is getting a big refresh. The new owners appear to be putting in a lot of work to bring it back to life, and even from the road, it already looks like my kind of place!

Coming Soon To Orchard Park

The Bauer Country Store and Otto’s Pizza will soon be opening at the corner of Ellicott Road, South Freeman and Sherff Road in Orchard Park at the site of the former Ricotta Food.

For whatever reason, grabbing a sandwich, sub, or slice of pizza from a small country store always seems to taste better. Local spots like this are what make Western New York so special and this one looks like it’s going to be a new community favorite.

I can’t wait for Bauer Country Store and Otto’s Pizza to open its doors and bring that classic hometown charm (and great food!) to Orchard Park.
