Cooking hot dogs is almost an art at Ted's.  The charcoal fire is the key to the incredible flavor and texture of a Ted's hot dog.  And so is the way it's cooked.

We headed over to their newest location on Chippewa Street in downtown Buffalo to experience what it's like to be on the other side of the counter and how the staff at Ted's handles the big lunchtime crowd.
