Bonnie Tyler To Sing “Total Eclipse Of The Heart” During The Total Eclipse

I love it. This is perfect and everyone who didn't think of doing it is kicking themselves right now! Bonnie Tyler will be aboard Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Sea, which will be in the path of totality, to sing her hit song Total Eclipse of the Heart during the actual Total Eclipse.

“Bonnie Tyler was a natural choice for this once-in-a-lifetime moment," said the president and CEO of Royal Caribbean International, Michael Bayley in an interview with Time Magazine. The people aboard the ship are in for more than just an eclipse, Tyler's back up band will be pop group DNCE, whose lead is Joe Jonas.

Bonnie Tyler said she's looking forward to it because "It doesn't happen very often, does it?"
