Brandon Beane Confirms These Will Be Part of New Bills Stadium
Today is the first off day for the Buffalo Bills, after going one week straight with practices at St. John Fisher University.
The break day will mean they will travel back to Orchard Park, as they prepare for their blue vs. red scrimmage this Friday. Tickets are required for the scrimmage, which are free but all have been given out.
General manager Brandon Beane has once again assembled what should be top five NFL roster, but the Bills have yet to reach the Super Bowl since he arrived in 2017. Many national experts are not picking the Bills to win the AFC East, let alone the conference.
Beane was a guest on the Pat McAfee Show and outside of talking about Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs and the team's 2023 chances, Beane talked about what you will find at the new Bills stadium.
McAfee referenced the buffaloes outside the stadium, saying they were much smaller than what was promised for the new Bills stadium.
Beane confirmed that yes, you will in fact get "big ass buffaloes" outside the new stadium in Orchard Park.
The huge buffaloes are something that fans and media have been talking about for a while. It's one aspect of the new stadium that fans have been clamoring for from the very beginning, ever since the new stadium negotiations were first reported back in 2021.
The new stadium is expected to be completed by July of 2026. Groundbreaking took place in June and steel is expected to go up by the end of the year.
Just remember, the traffic will be even worse with the new stadium construction. There will be less parking and no RV lot...get there early if you plan on attending games.
