The Buffalo Airport is going to get a bit of a makeover on the next few years!

It has been 20 years already since the airport in Cheektowaga has undergone any sort of external upgrades.

According to Metro Source News:

An 80-million dollar renovation project is set to make Buffalo Niagara International Airport a lot more efficient.  The project which starts December 18th will improve traffic within the airport, curbside congestion, baggage claim capacity and security.

Recently, the Buffalo Airport received high honors for it's service and ranked at the top of the list for medium sized airports.

 

The project is predicted to be finished by 2021.
