What Impact Will Injuries Have For Bills Vs. Patriots Week 4

How much of an impact will injuries play as the Bills take on the Patriots at Highmark Stadium on Sunday? Both teams are showing players who might not play.

Christian Benford and Ray Davis will be listed as "Questionable"

The Bills will list both Christian Benford and running back Ray Davis as questionable for the game according to head coach Joe Brady during his Friday press conference. Benford has been dealing with a toe injury that he sustained part of the way through the Chargers game. He left that game and didn't come back.

Running back Ray Davis will be listed on the report on Friday for a hamstring injury. He's been limited for the last couple of days in practice and we will have to see if he's ready to go on Sunday.

TJ Sanders is "Doubtful"

Defensive lineman TJ Sanders will probably not play on Sunday. He has been recovering after having his appendix removed a few weeks ago. Him being gone hasn't hurt the Bills too much so far. Deone Walker has been a beast up front alongside Ed Oliver, who is solid when he's healthy, and Dwayne Carter, who has surprised a lot of people with his play this year too.

The Patriots might have more trouble with injuries

Aside from from the three people listed above, coach Brady didn't seem to have many reservations about anyone else seeing time on the field Sunday. The Patriots don't seem to be as lucky. According to Adam Schefter, two of their biggest players will be listed as "Out." Both Christian Gonzalez and Christian Barmore will not be suiting up against the Bills.

The Bills are still going to have to take this game seriously. These Patriots are hungry for a win. They're going to want to come to Buffalo and quiet the crowd as soon as possible. You know the Bills are going to get the Patriots' best, regardless of injuries.

The final designation of inactive players will come through on Sunday morning around 11:30 a.m. They're due 90 minutes before their 1 p.m. kickoff.
