Buffalo Brewery Spotlight: Big Ditch Brewing

Big Ditch Brewing Company is a start-up of a production craft beer microbrewery located in downtown Buffalo.

The Brewing Company is among the bars that will be featured at the 2016 Buffalo On Tap Harvest Craft Beer Festival, Saturday, October 15. Over 100 fall, seasonal and German craft beers will be available to sample at the Hamburg Fairgrounds.

Big Ditch Brewing's name refers to the name given to the Erie Canal when it was first being constructed.

Above all else the brewery strives to ensure the beer is "flavorful" and "capable of standing on its own merit". The brewery works for each product to be a "style that you’ve never had before".
