It's almost hockey time again in Buffalo! The Sabres are going to be on the ice soon and today they gave information on how to get tickets to the upcoming Blue & Gold Scrimmage.

If you're getting anxious to see what the Sabres have coming up, you might want to be at the Blue & Gold Scrimmage on Saturday, September 19th. It's between members of the training camp roster, and it's free to attend!

• What: Blue & Gold Scrimmage
• Where: KeyBank Center
• Date: Saturday, September 19
• Puck Drop: 11:30 AM
• Doors: 10:30 AM

How to get tickets to the Blue & Gold Scrimmage

The scrimmage is free. However, you will need to get tickets. They're allowing fans to claim them on Friday, September 11th. They will be giving priority to full and half season ticket members first. Here's the schedule for when the tickets will be released:

• 10 AM – Priority access for Full and Half-Season Ticket Members 
• 12 PM – Priority access for Partial Plan Holders and Season Ticket Waitlist Members
• 2 PM – General public ticket access

I've always loved the pre-season events

I know there are a lot of people who skip pre-season events for the Bills and Sabres, and I think they're crazy. I'm one of those people who just love watching sports, so I love getting to see some of the up-and-coming talent first.

Getting a chance to see the Blue & Red Scrimmage for the Bills has always been an incredible experience, and it feels like this will be for Sabres fans too.

The Sabres have less than a month before the regular season starts as they take on the Columbus Blue Jackets (in Columbus) on October 1st.
