Every year, I do that Shamrock Run down in the Old First Ward. It's always a great time, regardless of my frozen lips and hands. This weekend (March 2), the 2013 Shamrock Run was the biggest in Buffalo history, with nearly 5,600 runners. I'm usually a runner, but I got tired and decided to jog it out and make a video instead.

This year, the winners of the 8K Shamrock Run were Bryan Baumgartner, 21, of Edinboro State University, coming in at just over 25 minutes, for the boys, and Aileen Hoak, 30, of Buffalo, at 29:27, for the girls.
