They're exactly what you'd picture. They're molded butter sculptures just like the butter lambs that you get for Easter dinner, but instead of being a lamb, they are in the shape of a turkey.
According to a post on Facebook, you can find them at Wegmans, Tops Friendly Markets, Market in the Square, Dash's, Federals, Bipperts, Camellia Meats, and Sloan Market. But don't wait! They said they only made a limited number for the holiday and once they're gone, they'll be gone.
For those who have never seen a butter lamb, they're normally something that is popular with people of Polish descent. They're not just something to spread on your dinner rolls though. Then they have peppercorn eyes.
