Not enough to convict! That’s why the State Attorney General dismissed all Grand Theft Charges against Bucky Covington who was accused of stealing from a show promoter in Florida. The promoter claimed Bucky, and his twin brother had stolen funds collected at the gate. Last Friday after a review of the information presented, the prosecutor determined there was insufficient evidence to prove the accusation was true.
When I first heard about this I thought no way would Bucky do something like that having met him a few times, he just seems to nice. My gut tells me he didn't steal anything. I did make a joke about his evil twin doing the thieving but after all is said and done, no action will be taken further because of a lack of evidence. Taking a line from one of Bucky’s songs “I’ll Walk”, Bucky will walk from these allegations.
