Alex Trebek celebrated his 80th birthday yesterday and we've been loving the Jeopardy! throwbacks this week, so we decided to find you the debuts of some your favorite hosts.

Jeopardy! 1974

You can assume because of the COVID pandemic, they have not been taping any new episodes. Not to mention Alex is going for another round of chemo for his pancreatic cancer, so filming would have been tough as it got. So, for at least the next 4 weeks, Jeopardy! will air it's 'best of' shows from the 45 years it has been on the air. In the throwbacks that will range from very old to recent episodes, they'll show features memorable contestants and hilarious mishaps. The first throwback was, of course, the original episode.

Take a look at that hair!! You forget that Trebek obviously didn't have the silver hair always. Also, they could buzz before the question was even finished being read.

Wheel of Fortune
Vanna White's First Show in 1982

Pat Sajak, is actually the third host of Wheel of Fortune, when he took over in 1982. In fact, right before he came to do 'Wheel', Pat had a small role as a Buffalo Newscaster in the movie Airplane II. (Of course, there's always a Buffalo connection).

Price is Right
Bob Barker

Bob was the longtime host all the way through June 2007 when he decided to retire and Drew Carey shortly took over.
