It was not that long ago that Stapleton was in Buffalo, New York for a WYRK "Get To Know Show" at a local restaurant at which host, Rob Banks, said "hardly nobody showed up to". Banks mentions that "we had to ask employees from the kitchen to come watch this new star we had in town".

Stapleton is now a massive, international star and has even performed the National Anthem at the Super Bowl.
