Coronavirus Testing Site Opening Up At Walmart Parking Lot In Cheektowaga

There's a new COVID-19 testing site opening up this week at the Walmart parking lot on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga, according to WIVB.

The site is a joint effort by Quest Diagnostics and Walmart.

People can expect the new testing site to be fully optional by Thursday. It will be only available by appointment only.

It was announced during President Trump's press conference by Walmart CEO Doug McMillon that Walmart's across the country would be coronavirus testing sites at select locations, which includes the Walmart on Walden Avenue.

“We will stay involved and do everything we can from a supply chain point of view to be of assistance,” McMillon said.
