The Buffalo Bills have begun their Offseason Training Activities (OTAs) at One Bills Drive, and today, Dalton Kincaid had some great news to share.

The Bills are once again trying to build on the momentum they've gained over the past couple of years, and as cliché as it is to say, finally get over the hump. That starts with the work that they put in during the offseason, and it looks like they're starting off on the right foot.

Dalton Kincaid shares great news about his knee

Last year, Dalton Kincaid missed a couple of games with injuries. There were 5 in total. His first was an oblique injury, but the rest were all injuries dealing with his legs. He struggled with everything from hamstring injuries to a torn PCL (which we didn't find out about until the end of the year).

However, the good news is that he says his knee is feeling better than ever as they head into the season this year.

He explained why he did NOT get surgery in the offseason

When asked why he didn't get surgery in the offseason while he had time, he explained that he was just listening to his doctor's advice. He had addressed it with them, but they said that it probably wasn't necessary. They were just focusing on strengthening everything around the knee instead.

He did say that if his doctors had recommended surgery, he would have gotten it.

The Bills will continue with their offseason training activities on Thursday, then return to them on Tuesday of next week.
