If you are from Western New York, you know that people often refer to where they live as in the Northtowns or Southtowns, and rarely do they ever venture out of their area, but where exactly do the Northtowns end and the Southtowns begin? That would be the "Middletowns"

According to our very limited research due to lack of budget, we looked up "Southtowns" on Wikipedia and found that the "Southtowns" are made up of:

Hamburg, Orchard Park, Aurora, Wales, Evans, Eden, Boston, Colden, Holland, North Collins, Collins, Concord, Sardinia, and Brant.

The "Northtowns" are made up of:

City of Buffalo, Lancaster, Alden, Newstead, Clarence, Amherst, Tonawanda, and Grand Island.

So where do they separate? That would be the "Middletowns". These are West Seneca, Elma, and Marilla.

Now, I grew up in West Seneca and never thought of myself from being from either the North or South towns. So it makes sense to me that West Seneca is a Middle Town.
