Dolly Parton took to Instagram to announce the death of her husband Carl Dean on Monday. He was 82 years old and said that he would be laid to rest in a private funeral with only family there. Parton warned Carl that the more she got famous the less she was going to be home and he said that was just find.

Carl was both a realtor and a brick layer throughout his life.

Someone had asked Reba the other day if she had ever met Dolly's late husband even though her and Dolly have been friends for a really long time.
