Charlie's Diner has always been one of my favorite places. If I had the money, I would most certainly take a stab at grabbing this place.

Growing up in East Aurora, we spent a lot of time at Charlie's. Especially on Friday mornings when I was in high school. There was an early morning club called The Breakfast Club that many of us would be a part of before classes started.

The listing says that the building will sell for anywhere between $800,000 and $1 million.
